The store currency is the US dollar. Product prices will be shown to you in your own currency up to the cart page. As soon as you initiate checkout the currency will revert to the US dollar and you will be charged the current exchange rate on your credit card.
Having your phone number available is a requirement by the Chinese carrier.
We will not use your phone number for any other reasons than for facilitating the physical delivery of your order. When the customer's location is not found at delivery, the carrier has to call him or her in order to arrange delivery. Without a phone number your product may be sent back to China if delivery was not possible.
After you order, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. The order confirmation email will ask you to review your shipping address and to notify us right away should there be any mistake or if anything is missing.
A few days later, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. Your tracking number with economy shipping (ePacket) will look like this: LW407779845CN, with different numbers or letters. FedEx tracking numbers only have numbers. UPS tracking numbers contain both letters and numbers.
You will be able to follow your package on the internet using this number. Refer to the section "Track your package" for the steps to follow.
choose the product you want to order by clicking on it in the "SHOP" tab at the top of the home page
if you want to order more than one item, click on the "Quantity" button and change the value to the number you want (the default option is 1)
click on the "Buy it now" button (you are not committing to buying yet)
follow the instructions on the next screen: enter your billing address (the address that your bank has for your account) by filling up all the lines, then click on "Continue to shipping".
enter your shipping information (if different from your billing address, for example if you're sending the product to another person as a gift), then click on "Continue to payment". You are not committing to buying yet.
enter your payment information then click on "Pay Now". This is when your order is placed.
You will receive a confirmation email soon after placing your order, and another email later with your tracking number once your item is shipped. You will be able to track your package on the internet.

Go to https://track.aftership.com/china-ems and enter the tracking number you received in the email then click on "Track". You may have to go back a couple of days later if the tracking info is not available right away.
If you ordered by EXPRESS and your tracking number looks like this: 1Z6E719X1591505282 with different letters or numbers, go to https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=ST/ and enter your tracking number in the field above "Track" then click on "Track".
If you ordered by EXPRESS and your tracking number looks like this: 148405086104 with different numbers, go to: https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track and enter your tracking number then click on "Track". You can also schedule delivery at a convenient time for you while you are on their website.
If you can't find your notification email, go to our website and sign in if you created an account at the time of ordering. You will find the tracking number in your information.
Unfortunately, once in a while there can be a lemon! This is unavoidable nowadays in industrial manufacturing despite quality control. We know how frustrating this can be and we want to help you with this.
Shoot us an email at email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your package if you are not satisfied with your product, stating your name and order number, and we will set you up with a refund or exchange within 5 business days of our approval.
We will ask you to email us pictures of what’s wrong with your backpack in order to check the defects and improve our design further.
What is non refundable/non exchangeable?
Products damaged by rough inappropriate use;
Backpacks damaged by being washed in a washer and/or exposed to harsh detergents and/or dried in a dryer;
Any international customs duties and taxes possibly paid to the destination country, if there was any.
If you are not satisfied with your order, let us know within 15 days of receiving your package and we will give you a stress-free refund or exchange. Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
We will ask you to email some pictures of what’s wrong with your backpack in the case of a defective product. Check our Exchange/Return policy for more details.
Prewash stains or dirty areas by hand in cold water with laundry soap, rinse briefly. DO NOT USE BLEACH OR HARSH DETERGENTS.
Main wash: after prewashing, place backpack in a pan of cold water with regular laundry detergent and swish around gently. Do not leave the backpack to soak for a long time as this would remove the water repellency. Immediately rinse with cold water until there are no more suds. DO NOT USE WASHER.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly at check-out. If you entered the wrong shipping address at check-out, please contact us right away at email@example.com with your order number and name, or simply respond to the order confirmation email you received.
MyShittyBackpack™ shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property. If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect address the courier may not accept an address change.
If the shipper leaves a note for you to go pick up your package and you do not, the package will be returned to us. If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees will be applied.
If you refuse a shipment from MyShittyBackpack, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import taxes that may have been incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MyShittyBackpack.
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it is shipped. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. In case of damage to your product, immediately notify the carrier.
