Due to the current global events, the only shipping option is FedEx/UPS and delivery time worldwide is 1-2 weeks. We are open and shipping daily.


Unfortunately, once in a while there can be a lemon! This is unavoidable nowadays in industrial manufacturing despite quality control. We know how frustrating this can be and we want to help you with this.

Shoot us an email at within 15 days of receiving your package if you are not satisfied with your product, stating your name and order number, and we will set you up with a refund or exchange within 5 business days of our approval.

We will ask you to email us pictures of what’s wrong with your backpack in order to check the defects and improve our design further.

What is non refundable/non exchangeable?

  • Products damaged by rough inappropriate use;
  • Backpacks damaged by being washed in a washer and/or washed with harsh detergents and/or dried in a dryer;
  • Any international customs duties and taxes paid to the destination country, if there was any.
