Contact us by email at email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your package if you are not satisfied with your product, stating your name and order number, and we will set you up with a refund or exchange within 5 business days of our approval.
We may ask you to email us pictures of what’s wrong with your backpack in order to improve our design further.
What is non refundable/non exchangeable?
- Products damaged by rough inappropriate use;
- Returns/exchanges lost in transit;
- Any international customs duties and taxes paid to the destination country, if there was any.
