What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, GPAY and APPLE PAY. We do not offer Paypal.
Why do I have to provide my phone number when ordering?
We will not use your phone number for other reasons than problems linked to the physical delivery of your order. It happens at times that the carrier does not find the customer at the time of delivery and has to call him or her in order to arrange delivery. Without a phone number your product may be sent back to China if delivery was not possible.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship 2-3 business days after you order. Standard shipping is free (ePacket).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- USA-Canada: 8-12 business days
- Europe: 2-3 weeks
- Asia: 1-2 weeks
- Other continents: 3-4 weeks
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide except Egypt, Guatemala, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Sudan and Crimea regions.
What shipping service do you use?
Shipments are sent by ePacket (EMS) directly from the warehouse in China.
How do I track my shipment?
After receiving your notification email with a tracking number, go to https://track.aftership.com/china-ems and enter the tracking number you received in the email. You may have to wait a couple of days until the tracking info shows.
If you can't find your notification email, go to our website and sign in if you created an account at the time of ordering. You will find the tracking number in your information. If you did not create an account contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name and we will assist you.
Backpack care instructions: Prewash stains by hand in cold water with laundry soap, rinse briefly. Do not use bleach or harsh detergents. Main wash: after prewashing, place backpack in a pan of cold water with regular laundry detergent and swish around gently. Rinse with cold water until there are no more suds. DO NOT USE WASHER. Hang to dry in the shade. DO NOT USE DRYER
What if I am not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your order, let us know within 15 days of receiving your package and we will give you a stress-free refund or exchange. Contact us by email at email@example.com with your name and order number. We may ask you to email some pictures of what’s wrong with your backpack in the case of a defective product. Check our Exchange/Return policy for more details.
I never ordered on line before
Ordering on line is very simple nowadays. Anybody can do it.
- choose the product you want to order by clicking on it
- if you want to order more than one item, click on the "Quantity" button and change the value to the number you want (the default option is 1)
- click on the "Buy it now" button (you are not committing to buying yet)
- follow the instructions on the next screen: enter your billing address by filling up all the lines, then click on "Continue to shipping". The billing address is the address that your bank has for your account.
- enter your shipping information (if different from your billing address, for example if you're sending the product to another person as a gift), then click on "Continue to payment". You are not committing to buying yet.
- enter your payment information then click on "Pay Now". This is when your order is placed.
- You will receive a confirmation email soon after placing your order, and another email later with your tracking number once your item is shipped. You will be able to follow your package on the internet by clicking on the link provided in the shipment email.
